Programs

ProgramsPSI currently has three unique programs that strengthen philanthropy initiatives within institutions, and present incredible value to each participating organization.

The Career Opportunities Program (COP) helps member institutions mentor college graduates and professionals in the field of philanthropy while enhancing their own programs. PSI works with a select number of qualified institutions by subsidizing a portion of the suitable candidate's salary over a two year period.

Designs for Effective Governance (DEG) presents grants to a limited number of PSI institutions that want to encourage board excellence and have the potential for making positive change within the board structure and organization, and also have the infrastructure to ensure successful results.

Foundations for Successful Philanthropy (FSP) offers secondary schools the opportunity to build strong philanthropy programs and a culture of giving and includes training, resources, and onsite visits.
