The PSI resource center has an array of documents, samples, articles, books, and other materials that will aid your professional activity and practice. We have included some sample packets which can be customized for organizational use. These packets represent some of the most frequently requested items.
Our professional development materials have career information, both entry-level and advanced. Other materials include philanthropy and it’s role in America as well as in organizations, best fundraising practices, small shop fundraising programs, professional organizations, fundamental as well as advanced knowledge of techniques and strategies. We also include information on training, webinars, conferences and other professional development opportunities that enhance what PSI offers you. When possible, PSI offers scholarships so that your professionalism can be enhanced.
Whenever we hear of funding opportunities that may be available to PSI members and clients, we list them on this website.
We can also refer you to consultants when you need assistance beyond what PSI can reasonable provide. These consultants have met the qualifications and selection criteria that make them suitable for service to Adventist organizations. In addition to consultants, we also have a list of recommended speakers, trainers, workshop presenters, and specialists.
Another resource we can provide for you is information on board practices and responsibilities, as well as volunteer management. We also do board training.
We hope you take advantage of all these professional resources. When we can’t fulfill your requests or needs, we are able to refer you to PSI-approved resources and help you find what you need, so come to PSI first for all your fundraising needs!
